A NIGHT AT THE RACES

Vivid Events are 2nd year students of The University of Brighton. As part of their assessment they are required to organise and put on an event for a client. We are so lucky that they have chosen us as their client.

They have decided to organise A Night at the Races. The evening will consist of pre-recorded horse races in which guests can bid on in the hope to win money back. Also there will be a grand prize draw, followed by music to end the evening.

The evening will take place at The Afton Hotel in Eastbourne on Friday 25th March. Guests will have exclusive use of the downstairs function room which has its own bar. The race night will be run by a professional Race Night company, so the evening is sure to be fun filled!

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your friends to A Night at the Races. Tickets are £12 which includes a welcome drink and buffet. They can be purchased in two ways either from myself or by emailing
vividevents1@aol.co.uk and letting them know how many tickets you require.

If you would like to know any more information about the event, please do not hesitate to contact either myself or Vivid Events. I do hope you will be able to support both the students in their assessment and our charity. They are certainly very enthusiastic about this event and have put a lot of hard work into making it a success.
