As Anne Bickmore Swimming has raised some £50,000 over a number of years through sponsored swims, it was decided to form a fund of their own - abcfund.

It has gone from strength to strength and now is a registered charity (reg. no.1107960)

The objective is to relieve poverty, hardship and distress among children, young people and their families or carers, particularly those with disabilities or special needs, by such exclusively charitable means as the Trusees shall from time to time determine.

We hope to put a smile on the faces of families who live with illness and disabilities day in and day out, year in and year out.

We would like to arrange surprise visits for these children or provide days out for mums and dad who need a break.
